We take pride in every piece we make and want you to feel confident wearing your Le Golden Boy jewelry.

Eligible Le Golden Boy jewelry is covered by our 2-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.

If something doesn't seem right, bring it back to the boys. We'll inspect your piece and determine the best way to take care of you.

What's Covered

For two years from the original date of purchase, Le Golden Boy will repair or replace, at our discretion, eligible jewelry that experiences a defect in materials or craftsmanship under normal use.

Examples of issues that may be covered include:

A clasp or closure that fails due to a manufacturing defect
A jump ring, connector or other component that fails because of a craftsmanship issue
A stone or component that becomes loose due to a defective setting or construction
A strand that breaks prematurely due to a craftsmanship or construction issue
A structural issue with the piece determined by Le Golden Boy to be the result of defective materials or workmanship

If we determine that an issue is covered by the warranty, we'll repair the piece when reasonably possible. If repair isn't practical, we may replace the piece with the same or a comparable item at our discretion.

A Note About Broken Strands & Restringing

Stringing materials naturally stretch and wear over time, particularly on frequently worn bracelets, pearl necklaces and other beaded or strung pieces.

A broken strand will be evaluated case by case based on where and how the failure occurred.

If a strand fails at a connection point—such as a clasp, crimp, knot, connector or another area assembled by Le Golden Boy—the issue may be considered a craftsmanship defect and may be covered under our warranty.

A strand that breaks within the stringing material itself, away from a connection point, is generally not considered a craftsmanship defect. Breakage of this nature may result from normal wear, tension, snagging, impact, deterioration or other factors unrelated to the construction of the piece.

Similarly, stringing materials may naturally stretch over time. Restringing required because of normal stretching, wear, age or accidental damage is considered routine maintenance rather than a warranty repair and may be available for a nominal service fee.

What's Not Covered

Jewelry is made to be worn, and normal wear will happen over time. Our warranty does not cover damage or changes resulting from:

Normal wear and tear
Normal stretching or deterioration of stringing materials
Scratches, dents, stretching, bending or other changes that occur through regular use
Accidental damage, impact, snagging, pulling, crushing or misuse
Lost or stolen jewelry
Lost components or jewelry resulting from accidental breakage
Damage caused by improper storage or cleaning
Exposure to chlorine, pools, hot tubs, salt water, bleach, household cleaners or other chemicals contrary to our Jewelry Care guidelines
Damage caused by prolonged or inappropriate water exposure for pearls, natural stones or other water-sensitive materials
Natural oxidation of Sterling Silver
Natural variation, inclusions, texture, color or other characteristics of freshwater pearls and natural stones
Damage caused by repairs, alterations or modifications performed by someone other than Le Golden Boy
Damage resulting from failure to follow the care recommendations appropriate for the materials in your piece
Fashion rings are excluded from this warranty unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.

Your jewelry is only as care-safe as its most delicate component. Pieces containing pearls, natural stones or other sensitive materials should always be cared for according to the requirements of that material.

Gold-Filled & Sterling Silver — Our Standards

14K Gold-Filled and .925 Sterling Silver are core Le Golden Boy Standards because we've intentionally selected them for their balance of quality, beauty and durability.

However, durability does not mean indestructibility.

Gold-Filled jewelry can be affected by chlorine, salt water, chemicals, abrasion and improper care. Sterling Silver naturally oxidizes and may require periodic polishing. These changes alone do not indicate a defect in the material or craftsmanship.

Pearls & Natural Stones

Freshwater pearls and natural stones naturally require additional care.

Because these materials can be affected by water, chemicals, skincare products, friction, individual body chemistry and normal wear, changes resulting from those factors are not considered manufacturing defects.

Natural stones and freshwater pearls may also vary in color, shape, texture and appearance. We celebrate these variations as part of what makes each piece unique.

Repairs & Maintenance Outside the Warranty

Just because something isn't covered doesn't mean we won't help.

If your piece needs maintenance, is damaged through normal wear, an accident or improper care, or is outside the two-year warranty period, bring it back to the boys.

We'll inspect it and let you know whether it can be repaired or refreshed and what, if any, cost is associated with the service before performing the work.

Routine maintenance—including restringing due to normal stretching or wear, replacement components, or more extensive cleaning and restoration—may be available for a nominal service fee.

Availability of replacement materials and components may vary over time, particularly for limited-edition, discontinued or one-of-a-kind designs.

Bring It Back to the Boys ✨

Every Le Golden Boy piece also comes with a complimentary annual jewelry check + refresh during the first two years from the original date of purchase.

This service is separate from warranty coverage and is intended for routine care and maintenance. It may include a visual inspection, light cleaning, appropriate polishing and checking clasps, connections and other components.

Repairs, restringing, replacement components and damage are not automatically included in the complimentary refresh and may carry an additional cost.

Making a Warranty Request

If you think something may be wrong with your piece, stop wearing or cleaning it and contact us. The best way to reach us is through Instagram DM @legoldenboy_

Please provide your name, proof of purchase when available, and photos of the piece so we can begin evaluating the issue.

In some cases, we'll need to inspect the jewelry in person before determining whether an issue is covered by the warranty.

Warranty coverage is determined by Le Golden Boy following inspection of the piece and consideration of its age, condition, materials and the nature of the issue.

Repairs & Replacements Do Not Restart Your Warranty

If we repair or replace a piece under warranty, the original warranty period remains in effect.

A repair, replacement, credit or other accommodation does not begin a new two-year warranty period or extend the expiration date of the original warranty.

Any replacement piece provided under warranty remains covered only for the remainder of the warranty period calculated from the original purchase date.

A Little Grace Goes a Long Way ❤️

There may be times when something isn't technically covered by our warranty and we still choose to help.

We believe great service sometimes means looking at the individual situation and doing what feels right. We may choose to offer a complimentary repair, replacement, credit or other accommodation outside the terms of this warranty.

When we do, it's a goodwill courtesy at Le Golden Boy's discretion and does not change, restart or extend the terms of our warranty.
